Vinification : Maceration of 12 to 48 hours. Cold stabilization with disturbance of the lees twice a day during 10 days. Low temperature alcoholic fermentation (15 - 16°c). Maturing on fine lees during 3 months with disturbance of the lees each week.


The gold-colored reflections of this pale pink nectar sparkle brilliantly like sunbeams in a mirror effect.

You approach the glass. Scents of raspberry, quince and stewed apple welcome you.

After some movements, fly away the anise, the fresh hazelnut and the lily in flower, in a warm atmosphere of
grains of wheat warmed by the sun.

You raise the chalice to your lips. The attack is at once fresh and greedy. As an acid candy, it marries liveliness
and sweet unctuousness.

Everything in thoughtlessness, the mouth evokes the crunchy plum, the almond delicately roasted and finishes,
endless, by crisping in a vine peach.
